For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By completing the six177 account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the six177 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content.
• You accept these Terms as a legally binding agreement between yourself and six177.
• You have read and accept the six177 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.

These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in force until your account is permanently closed. six177 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active six177 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Where six177 discovers, at any point, that a Player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or wager placement, six177 shall immediately close that account, void all wagers placed during the underage period, and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the six177 platform at any given time. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your six177 account, you agree to provide information that is:

• Accurate — All personal details, including full name, date of birth, and residential address, must be truthful and current.
• Complete — All mandatory registration fields must be completed in full.
• Up to date — You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Notifications of changes should be directed to the six177 support team via live chat.

six177 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the platform. Players who provide false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration will have their accounts suspended and any associated winnings forfeited pending investigation.

Account registration is available to Players from eligible jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence before registering with six177.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six177 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued as part of the platform's two-factor authentication system. You agree to:

six177 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials. However, where six177 determines that a security breach occurred through no fault of the Player, six177 will work in good faith to investigate and, where appropriate, restore affected balances.

All financial transactions on the six177 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). six177 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. There are no hidden currency conversion fees on any six177 transaction.

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your six177 account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.
• six177 reserves the right to request verification of a payment method before processing any deposit.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's own name will be rejected and returned.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name that has been verified through the KYC process.
• six177 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business timelines. Exact processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the account dashboard.
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply. Any balance below the minimum threshold cannot be withdrawn until it reaches the required amount.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money balance that has met applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• six177 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

six177 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all six177 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each individual offer.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from bonus play that have satisfied the full wagering requirement may be converted to withdrawable Real Money balance.

• six177 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or abuse of the promotional system will be voided and associated accounts closed.
• six177's decision regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance is final and binding.

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the six177 platform. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino tables, slot games, and other gaming products are available within the relevant product sections of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the six177 system. No bet may be altered, transferred, or cancelled after confirmation except where specifically permitted by applicable product rules (e.g., cash-out features where available).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed at the point of wager placement.
• six177 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet or gaming session at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during an active wager or gaming session, six177 will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve the situation fairly. Where resolution is not possible, six177 reserves the right to void the affected bet or session and return the staked amount to the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six177 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any six177 software or content.

Any unauthorised use of six177 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by six177.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six177 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the six177 platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or maintenance of the platform.
• Any decisions made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any third-party actions, including payment processor delays, network outages, or device-specific compatibility issues that affect a Player's access to the platform.

Where six177's liability cannot be excluded by law, such liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the relevant Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit six177's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

six177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a licensing authority or law enforcement body.
• Any conduct that six177, in its reasonable discretion, considers harmful to the platform, its staff, or other Players.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting the six177 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided that no investigation is pending. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

six177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, six177 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players, which may include a notification banner within the platform, an email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the six177 website.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where a dispute relates to a specific bet or game round, the Player should retain their transaction reference number and contact support via live chat for the fastest resolution.

In the event of a conflict between the English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English-language version shall prevail.
